About me

my story, inspiration & motivation

Creativity has been with me since my earliest childhood – painting, drawing and discovering colors and shapes have always been a way for me to understand and express the world. This interest led me to Vienna, where I studied graphic design and printmaking, allowing me to develop my passion for art even more deeply.

Life also presented me with challenges. A severe stroke of fate in my childhood and the resulting shock paralyzed me with grief and fear. I began to explore my inner worlds more intensively and eventually found meditation.
This step fundamentally changed my life – the search for peace and healing gave rise to a new source of strength and clarity. Today, I pass on this knowledge as a trained meditation teacher.

Inspiration finds me in art and nature: artists such as M.C. Escher and Fernand Khnopff shape my creative expression, while quiet experiences in nature deepen my meditation practice and nourish my philosophical thoughts.
What moves me is the connection between affirmations, philosophy, and art. I believe that words, thoughts, and images can unleash a special power—they give us orientation, open spaces for mindfulness, and invite us to live our lives more consciously and lovingly.

My motivation is to support others in finding a gentle, respectful way of relating to themselves through meditation and creativity—and thereby noticeably improve their quality of life.
